GSM Project Hub is a personal project-information application operated by Andrew Gibbs. It is provided for the operator's local use and separately authorized access.

Authorized information

Only connect a mailbox, import documents or share project information when you have authority to do so. Access to the hub does not grant access to controlled source systems or permission to redistribute their contents.

Human review

Document extraction, classification and model-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check proposed facts against the complete original evidence before approving a register update. A filed document or recorded status does not itself establish that work, receipt or an approval has occurred.

Operational decisions

The hub supports information organization and coordination. Follow the responsible organization's controlled permit, safety, engineering and operational procedures. The application does not grant permit authority, authorize electrical work, approve designs or replace competent-person decisions.

Availability and maintenance

The app depends on the operator's PC, local model, network, Gmail authorization and source availability. Service can be interrupted. The operator maintains access controls, backups and recovery arrangements and should keep an independent route to essential controlled records.

Google access and privacy

Google services remain subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. The operator controls OAuth authorization and can revoke it through Google Account settings. See the privacy notice for the data accessed, processing, storage, retention and deletion arrangements.
